At Playball, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to discover the joy of being active! Our exciting, action-packed weekly sports programme is designed to inspire, encourage and support children as they develop essential physical, social and emotional skills through sport and play.
Through a fantastic variety of sports, including tennis, hockey, cricket, rugby, football, basketball, baseball and volleyball, children are introduced to fundamental movement skills in a fun, positive and supportive environment.
Our carefully structured curriculum is designed for children aged 2β10 years and has been developed with input from occupational therapists, sports scientists, teachers and parents. Each programme is tailored to suit different ages, developmental stages and abilities, ensuring every child can learn, progress and achieve at their own pace.

Ben Holgate
Hello everyone, my name is Ben (also known as Holgy). I have a wealth of sporting knowledge and history and love to share my passion for being active. I have been coaching the Playball programme since completing university in 2019 and have directly seen the positive impact our progressive curriculum has upon children of all abilities at foundation phase level. The most impressive aspect for me Is not just how we help to enhance childrenβs physical capabilities, but their life skills too, making them balanced and informed individuals who will excel in classrooms as well as sporting environments. I sincerely believe that there is no other programme like Playball available today, and am committed to delivering it in its purist form to enrich all who participate. Harry Owens
Hi guys, my name is Harry Owens and Iβm very excited to be joining Playball. I am currently studying Sport Science at St Maryβs University in Twickenham. I have always been passionate about sport and played football for many years. I also spent my gap year working as a PE teacher at Reigate St Maryβs and have previously completed my Level 1 coaching badge in football, and so I want to share my knowledge and understanding of a range of sports. Jen Monckton
I joined as a Playball coach in 2019! Having previously worked in sport and having three children of my own, all of whom have completed the Playball programme, I really understand the milestones that each child should be achieving. As well as teaching the full Playball programme from 2 - 10years, I am also manager of our new Fun 2B1 programme. This is a fantastic parent&child class that I adore teaching! Come along and try one of my classes, I promise the children will have so much fun, they don't even realise they are learning! |

I come from a passionate sports background have previously played for rugby London Irish Academy. I am now head coach at our Banstead franchise and am passionate about delivering the Playball programme in it's purest form. |

Monique Connor
Hi, I'm coach Monique. I joined Playball in October 2022 and am currently a Purley Playball coach, so you will mostly see me here. However, I help the Playball team from time to time. I have very much enjoyed my time at Playball so far, coaching a range of children from 2 years old to 10 years old. I have also had the pleasure of helping at Playball parties and camps too, having lots of fun! I have previously worked as a secondary school PE teacher and I am a qualified swimming teacher. I have had experience in teaching a range of different ages, skill levels and sports. I love working at Playball as I am able to teach, nurture and build confidence in children in sports, whilst having so much fun! |

Hi everyone, my name is Tom Saunders and I love being part of the Playball team. I have previous experience coaching children of all ages in a variety of racquet sports, specialising in badminton which I have taught for over 10 years. Sport is a huge part of my life, having played as a hobby and professionally. π Playball Birthday Parties! πLet us take the stress out of party planning while we make your child's birthday one to remember!
Our action-packed Playball parties are packed with exciting games, sporting challenges and activities tailored to your child's chosen theme. Our experienced coaches take care of the entertainment, allowing parents to relax and enjoy the celebrations!

60 minutes of fun-filled Playball games and activities, tailored to your chosen theme.
30-minute treasure hunt, where children collect exciting toys for their party bags.
Party bags for every child, filled with fun toys and surprises.
A stress-free experience for parents, with our coaches organising all the activities!

οΏ½ Up to 10 children - £185.00 (1x coach)
οΏ½ Up to 20 children - £235.00 (2x coach)
οΏ½ Up to 30 children - £285.00 (2x coach)
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
π Party Venues
You're welcome to arrange your own venue, such as a church hall or sports centre.
Alternatively, we can host your party outdoors at Reigate Priory Park or Banstead Park, at no additional Playball charge, subject to suitable weather conditions.
Please note: Venue hire, food and invitations are not included.
π§ Age Recommendations
We recommend keeping children within a similar age range to ensure everyone enjoys the activities.
For 2β3-year-olds, we recommend a maximum of 15 children. Unfortunately, we cannot provide dedicated supervision for children under 2.

Looking for that extra special touch? We recommend Doorstep Surprise Balloons, who create fantastic personalised balloon displays for any party theme!

β½ Playball in Schools & NurseriesAt Playball, we offer exciting, fun-filled sports and movement programmes for children aged 2β10 years, helping them develop confidence, coordination, teamwork and a lifelong love of being active!
Our sessions can be tailored to suit your school or nursery and are available through:
